US Sailing One Design Leadership award

I was truly humbled to learn this morning that I was selected as the winner of the US Sailing One Design Leadership award. I was nominated by fellow members of the Park City Sailing Association www.sailparkcity.org which is a group that I founded about two years ago next week. It has had amazing success and has spawned a new Junior Program that will debut in June. The success has everything to do with all of the great members of the group who give their time and resources to make this group grow. We hope that this lasts for many years to come as we build a relationship with the Jordanelle State Park who have been very accomodating as our hosts. I have been getting some additional press through Sailing Anarchy on a thread started by a friend, known as Fugu on SA. He had received a list of the award winners by email earlier today.
